Face to Face Therapy
I offer face-to-face therapy in a comfortable, private home setting where you can feel relaxed and supported. Meeting in person allows us to build a genuine connection and work together on what’s important to you, at a pace that feels right.
Online Therapy
I also offer online therapy sessions, giving you the flexibility to access support from the comfort of your own home or another private space. Sessions are held securely and confidentially, and we can work together on what’s important to you in a way that feels supportive, personal and easy to fit around your life.
Types of Therapy
I work with people on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties (not couples therapy), illness and diagnosis, grief and loss, panic, phobias, and feeling stuck or unsure about the future. You can find a full list of what I offer on my services page.
