How I Work
I work in a flexible way, using different approaches and techniques depending on what feels most helpful for you. I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all way of doing therapy, because everyone is different and responds to things in their own way. Whether we meet face to face or online, we’ll work together to create a supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you and what you’d like to change.
I offer a free 20-minute initial chat so we can get a sense of whether working together feels right. This gives you a chance to tell me a little about what’s been happening for you, ask any questions, and see how I work. Therapy is not a fixed process, it can change and develop as you do, making sure our work stays relevant to what you need at each stage.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and aim to offer a space that feels safe, open and non-judgemental. Your experiences and your journey matter, and we’ll take things at a pace that feels right for you.
