Sessions & Booking
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you’re very welcome to get in touch if you’d like to explore working together. You can contact me by email, text or phone, and I aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours.
I offer a free 20-minute initial chat by phone, online or in person. This is a chance for you to tell me a little about what’s been going on for you, ask any questions, and see if working together feels like the right fit. We can also talk about whether online or face-to-face sessions would suit you best.
If you decide to go ahead, sessions are paid for in advance, at least 24 hours before your appointment. I’ll send a gentle reminder before each session, so you don’t need to worry about remembering.
I really value the commitment it takes to start therapy, and my aim is to make the process feel as clear, supportive and straightforward as possible.
