As a pluralistic therapist and counsellor, I use a variety of techniques and strategies to address the individual needs of every client, whether we work face-to-face or virtually. I disagree with the idea that there is a one-size-fits-all approach because I recognise that different people respond to different processes and activities. We work together to provide a supportive and cooperative atmosphere where we can discuss your issues and come up with unique plans for your progression.
I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation to demonstrate my ongoing commitment to this approach right away. This is an important chance for me to learn more about you as a person and figure out the best course of treatment for you. This dynamic process changes naturally with each session, growing with you to make sure therapeutic approaches stay in line with your changing requirements.
My practice welcomes clients from various backgrounds by establishing a setting that is honest, open, and compassionate. I acknowledge and value your individual journey as we set out on a path of exploration and growth.
